Hi All,

Well the weather has definitely turned the corner and if your gardens anything like mine it's really showing the signs of needing more water.

The most effective way of getting enough water is by using a sprinkler. Half an hour every morning is far more effective than a quick sprinkle with the hose.

The addition of a water retention products like Saturaid will also ensure that the watering you do has a lasting effect. Just sprinkle the granular soil wetter directly to the root zone and water away. Its so simple!

Pests and disease

Have you noticed a swan of small white flying insects while working in your garden?

White fly - Often seen on citrus, vegetables and other ornamentals. Masses of the small white fly can be seen on the underside of the leaf. They feed here and slowly the plant will deteriorate.

For a quick solution try Yates Natures Way - Fruit & Vegie Gun. Ready to use and safer on crops!
