We offer expert advice at every stage of growing. From helping you choose the right plants, to diagnosing the reason your plant may be looking unhealthy, our Plant Doctors are on hand to help you through all stages of your plants’ life.

Sure to Grow Guarantee

If all else fails and your plant doesn’t thrive as it should, we will gladly offer you a free replacement plant to try again. It’s our way of encouraging you to never give up and to help you experience the joy of growing a healthy and happy plant.

Kings “Free Replacement” Terms and Conditions

  • Original plant must be returned to the branch purchased from. For online orders, a photo of original plant must be provided to [email protected] for assessment before a Free Replacement plant will be offered.
  • Proof of purchase is required, unless you are a Kings Garden Club member and your purchase history is on our system.
  • Replacement plant will be to the same value of the original plant only and will not include any accessories, fertilisers, mixes or delivery fees associated with the original purchase.
  • If the replacement plant variety is out of season when returned, then a similar in season plant will be offered as a replacement. Alternatively, we can place an order for the exact variety and advise when the plant is back in stock.
  • Where a replacement plant is not available, we will offer store credit as an alternative.
  • Clearance & free replacement plants are excluded from cover under the Sure to Grow Guarantee, unless a product fault is identified.
  • Extreme external conditions such as weather & breakages will not be covered under the Sure to Grow Guarantee.
  • For online orders, delivery cost will be additional if a replacement plant is provided.
  • Decisions to honour the Sure to Grow Guarantee are at the discretion of the Branch Manager.
