Produces creamy white juicy flesh fruit that is soft, delicate and has the taste and consistency of custard. The fruit is rarely available to buy but is well worth the effort, as the fragrant fruit are incredible tasty and have a sweet taste with a hint of a lemon-like flavour. Starts fruiting 3-4 years after planting. Fruits September to November.

Full sun, Prefers free-draining soil rich in organic matter.
Dig a hole twice as wide and deep as the pot the plant comes in. Backfill mixing in compost and sheep pellets and then plant into the loosened soil.
Young trees tend to be whippy, to encourage them to fill out, prune plants by around 1/3 in mid january.
Feed in spring with sheep pellets or apply half the usual dose of Slow Release Citrus Food. Excess feeding can reduce feeding and promoe vegetative growth.
