This popular perennial was first cultivated by the Chinese 2,500 years ago. They look great planted en masse or by themselves, can be planted in the ground or in a pot, and produce a multitude of pompom-like flowers are freely borne late summer and autumn. Great for hanging baskets and patio pots.

Grow in full sun or part shade with average to well drained soil.
Use Kings Container Mix when planting in pots.
Mix in compost and Kings Sheep Pellets before planting in the ground.
Trim spent bloom for repeat flowering and for vigour at the end of the season.
Feed regularly with Fast Food Fertiliser, or for a natural option use Oceans Grow.
