Orders will be processed within 24 hours, unless a product requested is out of stock and waiting for re-delivery. In this case, you will be contacted by your local branch to offer a replacement product or credit.
Once an order has been placed, you'll be contacted by your local branch to confirm collection date and time once your order has been processed.

As we are operating under new contactless servicing at COVID Alert Level 3, we will require all customers to adhere to a strict collection procedure when collecting orders:
Enter carpark and park in a Click and Collect allocated ZONED parking space
Turn off engine and text branch number on signage provided with your name, order number and vehicle registration
Remain in car until staff member brings your trolley/trollies to the nearest loading zone and confirms your order is ready (keeping to a 2M social distance).
While it’s not in our nature as Kings staff, we will require all customers to load their own vehicles under Alert Level 3 to ensure a contactless interaction between staff and customers.
