Click and Collect
Click and Collect orders are checked daily at 9.30am.
Once your order has been picked the store will send you an email and text message to let you know that order is ready for collection.
What you need to know:
When picking up an order please bring in proof of your purchase (a copy of your invoice on your phone is sufficient).
Where possible we will pick and have your order ready that day. However, at times due to circumstances outside of our control, delays may occur.
If long delays occur we will contact you to explain the situation.
In cases where we can't supply we will offer a refund or a substituition.
Please bring proof of your purchase into store if you need a refund.
Refunds can also be given online. These will be processed the same day on our end but it generally take 3-5 working days for the banks to process the refund.
Some orders are available for presale and aren’t currently in-stock. To find out when a presale plant is due refer to the product on our website. We will notify you as soon as these items are available for collection.
