Position

Best grown in full sun in free draining soil rich in organic matter.

Planting

Dig a hole twice as wide and deep as the pot your rose comes in.

Backfill, mixing compost and sheep pellets in with your top soil.

Plant into the loosened soil.

Care

For best results train it to grow up a structure suchas a fence or trellis.

Water deeply during the drier summer months.

In July, prune into an open vase shape, allowing air to flow through. Pruning cuts should be made at a 45 degree angle sloping away from a bud. Prune to an outward facing bud.
