Bred by David Austin by crossing two other gorgeous roses, Graham Thomas and Mary Rose, this delightful rose has the gorgeous cupped shape of the Graham Thomas and the delightful scent of the Mary Rose. Highly fragrant myrrh scent.
Best grown in full sun in free draining soil rich in organic matter.
Dig a hole twice as wide and deep as the pot your rose comes in.
Backfill, mixing compost and sheep pellets in with your top soil.
Plant into the loosened soil.
Water deeply during the drier summer months.
In July, prune into an open vase shape, allowing air to flow through. Pruning cuts should be made at a 45 degree angle sloping away from a bud. Prune to an outward facing bud.
