  • 2 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Black Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 4 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 small Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 8 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp Sliced Almonds
  • Extra banana slice for topping



1. Place coconut cream, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, cocoa, maple syrup and banana in a bowl and stir well to combine. Put bowl in fridge and leave overnight.

2. When ready to serve, divide chia mixture between eight small glasses. Top with yoghurt and sprinkle with, almonds and sliced bananas.
