Following the announcement that Auckland will remain in Level 3 lockdown until Sunday 30th August, we have made some changes to our online services during this period:
Our stores will only be open for phone orders and contactless order collections & deliveries. You will not be able to enter the carpark or the store to place an order on site. You MUST have placed your order direct with the branch before you come to the store. Only once you have received a confirmed collection time, may you enter the branch car park to collect your order.

Our online team will still be processing orders and where possible our local branch staff will safely deliver orders direct to your door. Our online range is currently limited to products that we can safely package and deliver.
During the last level 3 lockdown we experienced unprecedented demand and were unable to offer our usual high standard of service. By only servicing the Auckland market during Alert Level 3 this time, our local staff will be able to complete deliveries quickly and relieve pressure on the NZ Post courier service. We will resume nationwide delivery as soon as we can.
You can now shop online for your gardening essentials and collect your order at your local store. Please read the collection instructions on your order confirmation email before you arrive at the store.
We know our phones get busy, and our online checkout process can be hard to navigate, so we’ve introduced a new way of ordering over email. Simply log into your account, create a Wishlist, and then send it through to your nearest branch to process your order and contact you to arrange payment. Remember to put your phone number in the order description so we can contact you.
We have standardised our Auckland delivery fees to a flat rate of $10 for all orders, no matter how big or small. Though please note that for large bulky items there is a $3 per item surcharge for delivery. (Large bulky items include 40L bags and mixes and plants over 1.5m tall)
