Online Delivery Charges
From February 1 2019 our shipping rates are as follows -

The area is defined by your postcode, which you can enter in the checkout pages to confirm your proposed shipping costs before confirming your order.
The threshold for Free Delivery is $150 and applies to the Auckland Region only (within the beige and purple area on the map) – everywhere else pays Standard delivery charges, as above.
- Orders to the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island are possible by arrangement only. Email [email protected] for a quote.
How long will my delivery take?
- All orders will be picked, packaged and sent as quickly as possible.
- Most orders are sent within 3-5 working days of being ordered, though at times due to circumstances outside of our control some items ordered may be unavailable at the time of picking. If this occurs we will inform you of delays or discuss replacement varieties/options or refund of the amount paid.
- To avoid orders sitting over the weekend with our courier we will hold orders of plants on Friday until Monday before sending them. This is to minimize the time plants are with a courier and to help ensure our stock is of a sufficiently high quality when it arrives.
- Please note that any orders that are still due to come in-store, will be held until complete order is available.

- If any goods are faulty or damaged at the time of receipt Kings Plant Barn must be notified within seven days. If you fail to do this in the timeframe, you will waive the right to reject the goods.
- We will endeavour to provide the goods in a timely manner to the address specified in your order.
- Kings will not be liable for:
- Delays or failure with deliveries
- Damage or loss during unpacking
- Damage caused after the goods are at the delivery address
- Additional freight charges may be applicable for larger sized items. In this case Kings would contact you directly.

Kings Product Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. We are happy to exchange your goods, within 10 days, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition.
If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, to provide a remedy.
If you are not able to get to a physical store then you can courier the product within 14 days to; Kings Plant Barn, Online Returns, 280 Botany Road, Golflands, Auckland 2013
Refunds will be processed instantly instore or within 5 working days when products are couriered.
