A broad spectrum, all purpose weedkiller. It effectively controls difficult broadleaf and grass weeds. It has low toxicity and is inactivated once it contacts the soil.
Controls a wide range of weeds and grasses in garden beds, rockeries, driveways, along fencelines and lawn edges, around buildings
Is absorbed through the foliage and moves throughout the plant, resulting in destruction of both the treated foliage and supportive root system.
How It Works
It works by systemic activity, moving within the plant to kill both foliage and roots.
360g/litre glyphosate as the isopropylamine salt in the form of a concentrated liquid.
Directions for use
Foliage spray: Mix 10ml of Roundup® Weedkiller per 1 litre of clean water (1% solution). Spray onto emerged weeds that are actively growing. Spray all the leaves until just wet. Visual effects will occur in 7-14 days.
Wiper application: Pre-mix a solution of 1 part Roundup® Weedkiller and 2 parts clean water (33% solution), then fill the applicator. Wipe all the weed leaf area. Ensure the wiping area of the applicator is wet before and during use.
Rainfall occurring up to 2 hours after application may reduce effectiveness, necessitating a repeat treatment. Roundup® Weedkiller has no soil activity. Only treated weeds will be affected. Apply all year to annual weeds, which are actively growing. For perennial weeds, best results are obtained when there is 15cm or more of top growth. Do not cultivate weeds for 3 days after treatment to allow time for Roundup® Weedkiller to circulate throughout the root system.
Rainfall occurring up to 2 hours after application may reduce effectiveness, necessitating a repeat treatment.
