Part of a range of delightful dianthus bred by pre-eminent New Zealand plant breeder Dr Keith Hammet, this hardy and drought tolerant dianthus has a spicy clove-like scent and tends to flower from spring through till autumn. The foliage is tight, compact with a grey tint. Great in pots, pations or in mixed plantings.
Grows 50 x 50cm
Full sun. Prefers fairly free-draining soil.
Mix in compost and sheep pellets into your garden bed before planting. When planting in pots use Kings Container Mix.
Feed regularly while flowering with Kings Ocean Grow. Water regualrly to ensure continuous repeat flowering. Avoid wetting the flowers when you water to avoid spoiling the flowers.
