Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Indulge in the nutritious blend of fresh berries and creamy banana with our mixed berry smoothie bowl - a tasty treat for breakfast, dessert or even a snack!

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup blackberries and raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Chia seeds (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (for topping)

Method

  1. Harvest fresh strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and bananas from your garden, ensuring the berries are clean and dry, and the strawberries are hulled.
  2. In a blender, combine the berries, banana, and almond milk.
  3. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy consistency. If needed, you can add more almond milk to achieve your desired thickness.
  4. Once blended to perfection, pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with a generous amount of chia seeds and fresh blueberries - yum!
  5. If you feel like getting creative, we would recommend other toppings such as granola, sliced almonds, or a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
