Instore Returns

Kings Plant Barn stands by the quality of our plants and we strive to only provide the best products available.


Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. If you do change your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days, provided you have proof of purchase and the goods are in their original condition.


If goods are faulty or not of acceptable quality, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a replacement or refund.


Online Returns

We want to make sure our customers get the best quality products and strive to pick and pack the best plants possible. Unfortunately sometimes they do get damaged in transit, but if you’re not 100% satisfied with the plants you receive we’ll do our utmost to make it right.


Our 7 Day returns policy is there to cover you if anything goes wrong, with a replacement product or a refund within 5 working days if that’s not possible. We’ll even cover the cost of the return.


To let us know simply email dispatch@kings.co.nz with your name, order number and ideally a photo of the product. We’ll take care of arranging a courier.


Please note our 7 Day return policy doesn’t cover you if you simply change your mind, or the product is damaged after delivery and we must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
