We want to make sure our customers get the best quality products and strive to pick and pack the best plants possible. Unfortunately sometimes they do get damaged in transit, but if you’re not 100% satisfied with the plants you receive we’ll do our utmost to make it right.
Our 7 Day returns policy is there to cover you if anything goes wrong, with a replacement product or a refund within 5 working days if that’s not possible. We’ll even cover the cost of the return.
To let us know simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and ideally a photo of the product. We’ll take care of arranging a courier.
Please note our 7 Day return policy doesn’t cover you if you simply change your mind, or the product is damaged after delivery and we must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
